-One copy of the entire written application, (not email copy), must be provided to the Foundation at least 3 weeks before the Board Meeting if it is to be considered. Only complete applications will be considered.

Staff will review applications and inform applicants of missing information before grant requests are presented to the Foundation Board of Directors.

After the Foundation Board has voted on grant applications, organizations will receive a written letter of the decision and, if the grant was approved, a grant agreement form will be mailed for signatures. Upon receiving the completed agreement, the Foundation will issue a check.

The Foundation Board or staff does not provide information about organization requests that were not approved.
